Flower picking is a great reason to lose yourself amongst 5 acres of beautiful Herefordshire countryside, surrounded by spectacular wildflower meadows and magnificent flower beds. Pick a selection of your favourite flowers to add to your bouquets & bunches, and take a part of this wonderful experience home with you.
There are also plenty of picnic spots throughout the Patch, where you can relax and take in the views & wildlife.

Visit our onsite café – The Bull Pen. Located at the main entrance, you’ll be able to grab a range of hot & cold refreshments, as well as delicious pizzas.

It’s no surprise that you can expect a huge variety of beautiful flowers each year for your enjoyment (and the bees!).
Amongst our flower beds, you’ll be able to find the perfect selection for your bouquets and flower bunches.
Our vibrant flower beds and patches include Zinnia, Marigold, African Marigold, Malope, Cornflower, Cosmos, Mallow, Annual Centaurea, China Aster, Annual Baby’s Breath and more… we always love trying new flower varieties.
So many shapes, sizes, and colours to choose from.
Flowers that are properly cared for should easily last 7 days in fresh water, and faded blooms are constantly replaced by new opening buds!
Don’t forget – Your entrance ticket allows for One Free Return each season, so you can pop back to get more flowers, or just top up your existing display.
Your favourite Sunflower Patch is back!
As always, you can pick stunning sunflowers from our specialty Sunflower beds where you can find Marley’s and other stunning sunflowers. T
hen enjoy our family-friendly bee trail amongst the Giant Sunflowers. The bee trail is a place to learn about the bees, embrace their amazing work. How many you will spot, as you explore amongst these amazing flowers?

The Bull Pen Café located at the main entrance offers a range of delicious refreshments. Our delicious Italian style stone baked pizzas are everyone’s favourite bite. Choose from snack-sized small, or lovely large sized pizzas, with a variety of toppings.
We don’t just do pizzas though! You’ll find a selection of mouth watering treats, such as cakes and brownies, as well as your favourite hot & cold refreshments.

You are more than welcome to bring your own picnic hampers too! Throw out the blanket and dine, enjoying the beautiful flowers that surround you.

We are easy to find, and only one minute from the Ledbury bypass.
Gilbert’s Farm, Lilly Hall Lane, Little Marcle – HR8 2LD.
Watch out for signs pointing the way. You’ll spot signs at the entrance to the lanes leading to the Patch on the A4172, A449, and the Ledbury bypass. Parking is free, and there’s lot of space in our modern farm yard, and it’s all concrete and gravel – which means no muddy cars and no getting stuck!
A range of refreshments, including our popular pizzas are available from the Bull Pen Café located at the entrance, as are basic toilet facilities.
