The Bull Pen Café

Pizza

Great Food!

We serve great food from the Bull Pen Café!

Our onsite kitchen can enhance your perfect picnic with hot & cold refreshments on offer.  Our popular stone-baked pizzas come with a free drink offer – just choose from small or large, Margherita or Pepperoni.

There are also a range of small treats, home-baked cakes and gluten-free choccie brownies to die for!

In October, we have Pumpkin Soup on Sundays – from one of the recipes on our handy recipe board.

Don’t forget that pumpkin makes great food too!  From 2026 we’ll be selling pumpkin segments for visitors to give it a try.  It’s very versatile to cook with and can be prepared in many ways just like potatoes!

Sunflowers

Bee-trail

As you walk throughout the patch you will likely see a lot of Bees at work. Around the fields of our farm we plant large areas with wildflowers to provide food to the bees, as well as here at the patch, where there’s a lot of delicious nectar to support our local bees too.

Bees have cultural and environmental importance as pollinators and producers of honey and medicinal products. The movement of pollen between plants is necessary for plants to fertilize and reproduce. Both farmed and wild bees control the growth and quality of vegetation — when they thrive, so do crops.

Walk our Bee-trail to learn more about the importance of Bee’s and enjoy spotting the many species you’ll sure find amongst the Sunflowers.
